EMBROIDERY

An awesome and creative way to create patterns on textiles. It is more commonly used for product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform adornment. Because of it’s ability for long lasting and durability, embroidery is often used on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is also a excellent way to use with screen printing and/or the DTG process. Please read for a few important requirements and limitations.

STEP 1 – QUOTATION

The first step is for us to provide you with a quotation. All this is already set out in our quote form

In order to do this, we need a few things:

  • Artwork
  • Approximate size of the design.
  • What you want the embroidery on
  • How many items approx
  • Is it your garment or from our supply line

When your happy with the quote and have accepted the invoice we may proceed with the next step, setting up the artwork for embroidery.

Sample embroidery can also be requested. This will only be done for orders more than 100, unless otherwise arranged. Additional cost may apply.

STEP 2 – ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

The BETTER the artwork quality, the better the finish.Don’t have any artwork yet?

File types accepted: EMB, DST, PDF, EPS, CDR, AI, JPG

Sizes of the design is currently limited to 300mx 300mm. For any other sizes please contact us to discuss.

Let us know if you have any prefered colours to use, or provide us with the thread colour code (we use Maderia thread) or the PMS colour code or in the design itself. If we created the design, a proof copy will be sent before production to obtain your approval.

Colour options per design is 7, but depending on the design 8 or 9 can be used. More colour options available soon.

Once we receive your approval on artwork, we can begin production

STEP 3 – EMBROIDERY

From the approval of the design, production will generally take 5-10 working days depending on the quantity involved and the time of year.

All embroidery is checked at least twice and during the production to ensure that your goods are embroidered to the best possible standard.

STEP 4 – DELIVERY

Simple as that.

You can pick up your items from our studios, during business times or by appointment. Or we will send them via courier or Australia Post express, depending on weight.

If you are ordering from overseas or Interstate you can also choose your prefered courier.
